The Lightkeepers Pilgrimage and my story
The journey that shaped the Moonlight Master Path. From sacred wells to the silence of history, to Scotland’s wild coastlines.
Before I Found My Light
For years, I moved through life like a ship without a compass on the surface. I was achieving, teaching, and guiding others, but inside I felt adrift. I had spent over a decade working with young people and families, from classrooms to one to one coaching, helping students find their confidence and direction. I knew how to nurture others, yet I struggled to find that same clarity for myself.
I carried the weight of expectation, the echoes of old wounds, and the belief that I had to keep going no matter how empty it felt. There were storms I weathered in silence and moments when my own light felt dim, or extinguished.
But my years in education and personal development had also taught me this: no matter how far from shore you feel, there is always a way back. That quiet truth became my turning point. A resolve to not only rediscover my own light, but to build a path that others could follow too.
The Moment That Lit The Way

The decision to walk the Lightkeepers Pilgrimage did not come from nowhere. It was planted in me by two life changing encounters.
In Portugal, I stood at the edge of the Initiation Well in Sintra. A spiral of stone descending into the earth, it whispered of journeys inward, of courage, transformation, and the willingness to step into the unknown. It spoke so clearly of the pilgrimage I had yet to take.
Not long after, in Berlin, I walked the grounds of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. The air was heavy with the memory of lives taken too soon. In that silence, I understood: I must live fully, with purpose, and honour all those who never had that choice.
These moments became my call to action. A sacred invitation to carry Milo, Shadow Milo, and the lantern across Scotland’s coast, to the five lighthouses that would become the Five Pillars of the Moonlight Master Path.

The meeting of two seas. A reminder that true alignment comes when our inner and outer worlds meet.
Nuture
(Mull of gALLOWAY)
The southernmost light showed me that growth requires care, patience, and rhythm.
Awaken

At the edge of the land, I felt the courage to leap into my own potential..
Carrying The Light

Milo represents my inner child. The spark of curiosity and joy.
Shadow Milo represents the parts of ourselves we often hide, the fears and pains we must acknowledge to heal.
The lantern is the light we must tend to. A symbol of hope, guidance, and the promise to shine for ourselves and others.
You may never walk to five lighthouses or carry a stuffed monkey along a windswept coast. But your own pilgrimage, to clarity, purpose, and fulfilment. It can begin today.
The Moonlight Master Path is my way of guiding you through the same inner journey I took. Step by step, you will heal, align, inquire, awaken, and nurture the light within you.
Your story is still being written. Let’s make the next chapter one where you live fully, courageously, and in your own light.
